HOW LONG WE STORE PERSONAL DATA

We remove data from contact and information requests within four (4) weeks. You can make a request yourself to have your data deleted permanently via email address peterpaul.degoeij@quodbonum.nl

Quod Bonum only provides third parties with personal data if this is required for the implementation of our agreement with you and/ or to comply with a legal obligation or a court order.

Quod Bonum only uses anonymised analytical cookies. Quod Bonum does not actively track and/or monitor its website traffic and visitors.

SEE, MODIFY, OR DELETE DATA

You have the right to view, correct or have your personal data deleted. Additionally, you have the right to retract your prior consent to data processing, or to object to the processing of your personal data by Quod Bonum and you have the right to data transferability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to peterpaul.degoeij@quodbonum.nl. To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we request that you send a copy of your proof of identity attached to the request. In this copy, you may black-out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport that contain your social security number), passport number and ‘burger service nummer’. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but ultimately within four weeks after your request.
